Deposits
All appointments must be booked with a $20 deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be deducted from the remaining price of your service. The remaining amount of your service is to be paid at the time of your appointment. If deposits are not received within 10 hours of your appointment, your booking will be cancelled. If you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice or no show your scheduled appointment you will not be refunded.
Payment
Other than the security deposit made, cash or e transfer is accepted - tax will apply for e transfer. Please try to arrive to your appointments on time. If you are 15+ minutes late there will be no additional time added, whatever is remaining of the appointment will be what is received if you would like to reschedule if you would like to reschedule to receive the full appointment of time You are welcome to do so however the deposit will be lost , as deposits are non-transferable and non- refundable.
NO SHOWS
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and “ No show” your upcoming appointment.
Your will be marked as a “no show” and automatically be banned from booking future appointments. To resume your continued service, the missed appointment will have to be paid in full. Repeated no shows will no longer be permitted to booking future appointments.
Reminder emails are sent out 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid clients from missing/ no showing their appointments.
cancellations
As we all know things do come up in our day - to- day lives, it happens to the best of us. However, i do please ask that you give the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointments, this will aid in avoiding any cancellation fees.
In the case that you do cancel/ reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours. The $20 deposit will be kept and considered as a cancellation fee as the deposit is non refundable and non transferable and an additional deposit will be required to rebook.
Reminders
I courteously ask that you show up to your appointment 5 - 10 minutes early, or right on time as all appointments are time sensitive. If you happen to show up late, whatever time is remaining in your appointment will be all the time that you will receive and the price of the appointment will remain the same. If you find that you will be extremely late and would prefer to reschedule, you are welcome to do so. An additional $20 will be required to re book a new appointment as the original deposit will be lost.
LASH FILLS
Fills or removals of other studios work will not be accepted please either return to former studio/ artist to have work removed or allow lashes to fall out. Please make sure you come to your appointment with clean lashes.
All lash fills must have at least 40% of lashes left. If you have less than 40% of lashes remaining you will be charged for a full set and I will fill as much as I can with the time that is given
